The three and under age range is the most difficult group to keep entertained, the main reason being that they
don't really want to be! The main problem with grown-ups is that they tend to talk louder than you, whilst you are desperately trying to get the children's attention. The best thing to do is to make a dynamic Party Plan so the children will not get boredom so easy. Make sure that the party is followed by music most all the time. * Storytelling (book) 10 min
* Free play by using balloons, music, drawing, soap bubbles, music instruments ecc. 10 min
*finishing with the Birthday's song making a circle and play with the parachute and balloons.10 min
